Mandy M. Dornagon, Esq., is a lawyer admitted and licensed to practice law by the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, the United States Tax Court, and the Supreme Court of the Philippines.

He received his BBA and LlB from the University of the East in Manila, Philippines. He studied at Brooklyn Law School and Touro Law School, and took a course in journalism at New York University.

   He is the author of A Guide to U.S. Visas for Filipino Professionals published by GIC Enterprises & Co., Inc.

He is also listed in the 14th Edition of Who's Who in American Law, the definitive biographical resource featuring the most accomplished men and women in the American legal profession.

For having achieved exceptional career goals and having earned a superior reputation as an International Alumni Achiever, Mr. Dornagon was the recipient of the Distinguished Achievement Award given by the University of the East on the occasion of its Diamond Jubilee on October 1, 2006.
